I have spent a majority of my graphic design career focused on infographics. I enjoy taking complicated ideas and distilling them down into engaging, easy to glean images. I also love to work in a retro-inspired style and have fun with that whenever possible. Here are some of my favorites!
An Overly Simplified
History of Political Parties in the United States
Endeavoring to educate myself about the history of political parties in the United States, I created this infographic detailing the progress, shifts, and changes that have transpired since our country was founded. Conveniently I completed this in 2016, and have no plans on updating it until further notice.

If you are a teacher, educator, or enthusiast who wants a printed copy, I do sell large scale pdfs that you can download and print at your local print or online shop. Email me for more info!
Wealth Management & Riskalyze
Periodic Table of Asset Classes
One of the most popular and well-regarded infographics I helped create for Wealth Management Magazine, this brain-child of John Kador shows how 9 asset classes are grouped and arranged from least to highest risk values. See it here.
At-a-Glance Reference Cards
Created selfishly for my own use, but widely distributed for others to benefit from as well.
Big Sur Road Trip Audio Guide
Created when cars still had CD players, this audio guide takes you along the historic and picturesque California Highway 1 to learn some history and enjoy the sights. Complete with map and travel tips.
San Francisco Fun Facts!
When I moved to San Francisco, I fell in love with the place as much as most people who move here do. In 2015, I created this infographic to channel all of that affection. Chock full of tidbits of history and statistics, this piece ran in the local blog, The Bold Italic, and I believe both enlightened and delighted those who read it or bought a copy to hang on their own walls. See the full version here.
Branding
I wouldn’t be much of a designer if I couldn’t help clients create logos and branding. I’ve helped mostly small businesses and individuals reach their goals of having a recognizable and cohesive brand for their business or organization.
Stanford University
Security Minimum Stickers
Inspired by some mid-century mechanical engineering design, these stickers were created for the IT team at Stanford to help spread the word on managing security in their infrastructure. I really enjoyed taking these very modern concepts and giving them a retro-feel.
San Francisco Card Deck
A client gift featuring landmarks from San Francisco, a fun personal tribute to the city I love and that so many also love to love.
Kings are tall buildings or towers: Sutro, TransAmerica, Coit and the Ferry Building clock tower (this is pre-Salesforce tower). Queens are bridges: Bay Bridge both east and western spans, Golden Gate, Japanese Tea Garden bridge in Golden Gate Park. Jacks are comprised of other famous tourist attractions including the Painted Ladies in Alamo Square, Alcatraz Island, Lombard Street, and the Palace of Fine Arts.
Of course, the real character of the cards lies in the Joker, whom I aptly chose dear Emperor Norton to fill the role of.
